IPSTSO is a professional and educational organization.

We do not act as an independent law enforcement authority.

IPSTSO may receive reports and cases, and any law enforcement–related action is carried out exclusively in cooperation with the police and competent authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.

Submitted cases are reviewed at an informational level and redirected to the appropriate police units or competent institutions, depending on the nature of the case and jurisdiction.

For emergencies or crimes in progress, please contact your local police or emergency services directly.

IPSTSO operates through a national and international membership structure and does not pursue commercial or profit-driven activities.

In fulfilling its mission, IPSTSO collaborates with national and international public institutions and professional bodies, while maintaining organizational independence from state authorities, political entities, and religious organizations, whether domestic or foreign.

The foundation and activities of IPSTSO are conducted in accordance with applicable national and international legal frameworks. The organization’s purpose is to support, assist, and provide expertise to security authorities, protection and emergency services, as well as to the public, through training programs, conferences, operational cooperation, and community-focused projects aimed at strengthening safety, resilience, and public awareness.
